So im 20years old & 5'6ish and splurged all winter long as far as food goes, boosting my weight up to 129lbs :( i want to get back to my norm for summer! Which would be 115lbs to 120lbs. I started the speical k diet a few weeks ago & started going back to the gym aswell. I've lost 4 pounds but im stuck at 125Lbs now. So special k is getting pricey & im not seeing any more results. Any one know some more simple cheap weight lose methods that worked well for them? i still got at least 5lbs to shed.

Honestly I'm telling you right now, Do the P90X for 2 months you will have a nice set of abs, you'll be toned but not muscular in other area's and your cardio will be through the roof. It's not about looking good for guys, its about making yourself and your health better for yourself.
