Question: Is my weight loss goal realistic?

I currently weigh 13 stone and 13 pounds. I am 5'9, female and 18 years old. I am a size 14 waist, but my boobs are huge (I'm an E cup) which means I can't get tight fitting tops and dresses in anything below a 16. In january I weighed over 15 stone - I lost the weight by eating very healthily, and exercising on the treadmill regularly (4 days a week at least, doing at least a mile each time.) I would LOVE to be down to 9 stone by July and be a size 10. Is my goal realistic?

There is only one answer to this question - "acai berry " i used acai berry and i lost almost 8 lbs in just 2 week. it made my whole body a lot slimmer! i got free trial bottle from site mentioned in my source. just try it once and let me know if it works for you.

Be careful when buying acai berry from the web, I'm much like you, 13st13 and 19 years old. I'd love to loose weight too but made the stupid mistake of buying acai berry from a website that offered a 'free trial' that trial ended up costing me over £200 due to not reading the masses of small print (NEVER USE VIV LABS!!!!! Its a hidden name in the small print, they make money off your poor self esteem!) Please don't make the mistake I did, its best to loose weight sensibly like you did last time. Set your self small goals it feels good when you achieve them and keeps you going. Good luck xx
