Question: Can u suggest me some foods to consume while on a weight loss programme?

I am on a diet since 2 weeks now and this is all i eat for lunch brown bread 2 slices with boiled chicken or veg curry with less oil , and in snack time i eat some fruits and for dinner i follow the same food as lunch .... can u suggest me some foods that can be consumed in any amount without adding any fat to my body . thank u |

Fish is another very healthy choice for your protein/ meat. So if you like fish you can use it in place of the chicken. You don't have to only boil the chicken. If you have a pan with an inner tray with holes or slots, place the chicken on the inner tray in the pan, and put the oven on 325 degrees (farenheit, not celsius). Bake it for about 25-35 minutes. (I would cut it and check there is no pink inside before turning oven off and or taking the chicken out.) You can add different spices to it as well, for flavor and variety. One of my favorites is lemon pepper. Some snack foods that you could switch for the fruit sometimes, are celery (with reduced fat peanut butter or reduced fat cream cheese makes it tasty.) Sliced up green, red, yellow or orange bell peppers are a good snack, and you could use a non fat salad dressing or dip with them if you like. Raw or steamed broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, etc. All will work for a diet. They have fiber and lots of nutrients your body needs. Pretty much any raw vegetables or salads are good, as long as you don't put allllll the fixings on it, like croutons, full fat dressings, cheeses, or whatever. Stick to low fat dressings and just the veggies. An egg now and then is not a bad thing, but I think it is suggested to only have two in one week. A salad is one way you could use one of the weekly eggs and use that salad as a meal - tuna or sliced turkey or chicken also would make a salad a great meal.
