Question: How fast will this weight loss program i made up work?

I am trying to lose 15 pounds, it is cold out side and my mom will wont let me jog or bike ride outside because she thinks it is to cold. If i do Jumping jacks, ski steps, squat thrusts, crunches, and push ups every day. Jog in place at least ten minutes 3- 4 times a week, and do a workout video my mom has that has abb worouts and lower body workouts at least three times a week, along with doing some excersizes on my wii fit like hula hooping and this rythem step. How fast, and how much weight will i lose??? And in like march once it gets warmer out i will start to bike ride outside and i usually walk in the park which is about two miles all around, and i do one lap, but only when it is not completley freezing out. PLease help thanks i am also eating heathy, and keep a food diary |
