Question: What is the best weight loss program?

I am not over weight (I weigh 122) but i have recently gained weight since i started working at this restaurant, when i started there i weighed 115, i just want to know the best quickest and healthiest program to get back down to my prior weight. Good answers but i meant something like Weight Watchers or Alli |

The best and healthiest weight loss progam is the old classic: eat a little less, move a little more. If you find you are eating more because of working at the restaurant, you really have two choices: 1. Stop eating this extra food, and go back to eating like you did before you worked there. 2. Start exercising more to make up for the extra food. Find something you enjoy doing. Running, yoga, basketball, etc. As for the quickest way, well, why not try both 1 and 2? Best, healthiest, AND quickest. Sorry, I know it's not a novel answer, but I promise it's the best one. |

Increase your protein and decrease your carbs. And either don't eat the [free] food the restaurant gives you, or limit yourself to menu items that are healthy. Ask the chef or manager to custom make you food not offered on the menu that is healthier. If they come up with something successful (tastes good and helps you lose) they will thank you and put it on their menu. If you work at a fast food restaurant, consider using your work experience as a reference to find a job at a healthier restaurant. |

I did exercise weightloss disc and I lost about 50 pounds in not even 3 months. And I've kept it off for almost 2 years now. I found it to be the way because it pretty effective and you didn't have to count points or anything like that. HI Janie, To answer your question I have a question to pose to you. What’s more important for you? Being able to lose weight without disrupting your lifestyle and only having to commit about 15 Minutes a day or turning your life upside down in order to burn the fat? If the bottom line for you is getting results in the easiest, least disruptive way possible then I would HIGHLY Recommend a combination of Calorie Shifting with an Interval Exercise program.
