Any weight loss programs for men?


With so many different weight loss programs, how do I know which one will work best for me?
I have finally decided to get back on track and lose weight. I am 331lbs, 5 foot 4. So, yes, I am rather morbidly obese. I was doing good about a yr ago and did lose weight, but I was so happy, that I ate and got off track. I need to get healthy. I am not sure if I want to do the lap band, or gastric bypass. I have looked into both. But with so many exercising & weight loss programs, how will I know what works best? I don't want to spend tons of $ trying Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, etc....last time I was seeing a dietitian, but my insurance now doesn't cover that.

Is there any christian-based weight loss programs for teens?
I just want to find something that can help me focus on God, while keeping my body healthy for Christ. Any ideas?

Weight loss programs and food for hispanics?
I have a female co worker whom I'm close friends with, and she's a little overweight, she knows it, and she wants to loose weight. She's Hispanic, or Mexican, born in Mexico but raised in California, and lives here in Columbus, Ohio. Long story short, she doesn't have internet at her house where she lives, so she relies on me, unless she can use her husband's computer at his job, which he owns and operates. So I told her I would help her out, as I myself also need to loose weight, more then she does, but I'm white. Since we work in a grocery store, we have access to food, and natural food. I was hoping there's a diet program or weight loss program that both of us can use to both loose the weight.Since she's hispanic she eats the normal foods of rice, tamales, re fried beans, chicken, steak, the usual stuff, I eat some of it too, since I like to branch out to different cultures, and she's the same way.so back on track, good weight loss program for the both of us to usethanks

Age 26maleheight 5 7" I have never really taken working out seriously but I worked out a little bit lately.I used to weigh 146 148 lbs but my main problem was the fa around my belly aka love handles. I have huge ones So I started doing HIIT High intensity Interval Training and taking a fat burner, Oxyelite pro. I have been doing it for 3 weeks and Have lost about 8 lbs. However I don't see the love handles reducing or maybe they are getting smaller but not significantly. I take about 80 100 grams of protein so I don't suffer muscle loss, but I am wondering how much more weight do I have to lose before I get a nice flat tummy, at this rate it seems like another 15 20 but that's too much and then I will only weigh about 120? I am really confused with this. I just want a nice, somewhat muscular body, how much should my weight be? Also,how should I go about it? reduce my tummy first and then start building muscles?please help

I'm looking into Jenny Craig, but a friend of mine told me that once you get off it you gain the weight right back. And I want to lose my weight for good. It's not that I eat a ton or am just lazy. It's just that I live a very busy and hectic lifestyle and don't have the time or money to eat very healthily or work out very much.
