It's not worth it. i did it for 2 days, lost 3 pound and gained it all back once i started eating again.

I've never tried it, but I'll tell you it's a waste of good money that could be better used ANYWHERE else. You can't lose weight by consuming non-carbonated pop (that's what I call juice).
